Car problems, and im a newb, HELP!

Those alts are pretty easy to replace if I recall .

autozone near me, going by what their site says they have one in stock 119, battery is 75. i know i can change the battery but im leaning towards the alt taking a dump but then again who knows, im obviously going/hoping for the cheap route, as im a cheap-O..lol

Definitely the alt. Battery just starts the car. If the engine is running but you can't run wipers, it's an alt.

And we suggest the battery because alts don't just die. If it was slowly charging less and less effectively, it'd lessen the battery's life.

well thanks guys, a 130$ later and i got my alt. replaced and the cavaqueer as my one friend calls it is running like a champ.
