well i finally got the box carpeted. i only really messed up on the bottem a little //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif but you can't even see it. and it's just a little glue that shows were it carpet comes together. but for it being my first time doing that and doing it by myself i'm pretty happy with it

Good job! I hate carpetting boxes. I always mess up on the sides where the carpet isn't wide enough. So I have to make a big patch for the middle. If that makes any sense...

this is a sad day for me. i don't know how it happened but i'm worried my amp fried. i hooked eveything back up tonight and tried to play it and nothing happened. no bass at all. so i just figured i had forgot the rca's or something stupid. but i hadn't. i've tripple checked everthing over and over again. and everything seems right. when i very first turn my deck on so the amp turns on the red light comes on but only for half a sec then it goes to the green but no sound. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif. both batts were disconnected when i took it out and put it in so i don't get what could have happened.

long story short it's a sad sad night for me

i can get boxes rino lined for next to nothing you know...

And if anyone has some decent subs and amp, I have a buddy with an 08 tC that needs some beats. Unfortunately, he has a budget of $400... I found some RE RE10's for $40 a pop. I told him a couple of those and a decent 500+ watt amp should work well.

i got a MTX 600w rms @ 2 ohm amp brand new in the box for sell...

and a Kove armogedon 10'' m series in a custom built ported box. get's pretty loud.

and a crossfire vr2000d

Mel hit me up about some LA Strike subs. I'm not sure which model those are... But if they're the ones that TC OEM'd, I may be interested. I'll have to hit up my buddy. I'd have to find a decent amp to push them, too.

I'm not sure if he factored in wiring in the $400... But Knu Konceptz has a decent wiring kit for $55. If only I had enough 4gauge laying around.

Has anyone messed with the Resonant Engineering RE10's?
