Car broken into

my car was recently broken into and ma alpine 7871 face plate was jacked. yes only the faceplate. the ***** couldnt get my deck out so try to pry it out with a flat head and bent my mounting bracket while doing so. it also cracked the frame around the swing arm. the HU is a motorized swing down unit and i wanted to know if other alpine faces work and if not, how can i get the cd inside out
