car audo problems

ok i have some car audo problems .first one being that when i turn my deck up past 30 my subs cut out the amp is a 760 pioneer and the subs are some lighting audio 800 w max i know thire cheap but hey thire all i could aford my thinking is that it could be the bat because it aint that good it goes dead all the time .the other problem is that today when i was trying to get my subs to hit harder when the bass hit i happen to notice that the whole top of my box is lifting off in one place its just a simple ported box so what could i doo to fix it for now untill i get another one built im thinking that my next one im going to try my had at fiber glass just to see if i cant do it or not
