Car Audio Schools?

What would be the best school to go to this way i can touch up on everything i will need to know in the industry? I want to go to a school that is going to give me hands on experience and a school that is actually going to teach me what i need to know to be an installer. I was looking at IIT Audio located, right outside of Orlando, it is a 4 week program 160hrs. Only thing is that i can not find any reviews on any of these schools i have been looking at. So if you guys can point me in the right direction to find me a good school to go to that will actually prepare me to be able to work in a shop when i get out? Anywhere in the country works, I just want the best education and best overall experience in this field when I finish the school this way i can get a job. So give me some opinions on the schools that are located in the country and based your experiences or word of mouth, what would be the best all around school to prepare me to take on this career?

I'm going to MTT in South Hackensack NJ in the Fall; obviously haven't been yet, but they've got 2 8 week courses that i'm taking in a single 8 week timeframe, it'll be lots of work, but i'm looking for a good experience - i've heard nothing but good things about them and so far communication has been great.

I was also looking into Metro Auto Electronics Training Institute. If anyone has any experience with any of the schools let me know, good or bad. I want to know what school will offer the best training and most experience.

Is that the same as The Install Institute?

If so Id say Hellz yeah..

If you do good you can always go back for the next level in Fab & Audio Art work...

Good Luck

no I am looking into the installers institute also. That is why i posted this thread out of all the car audio schools offered, what is the best, overall? Those of you with experience with any of these schools, tell me what you thought of it.

i attended mt2 and the school is great. metro is good but for the price mt2 charges they teach you more as far as hands on on actual cars and hands on with fibergalss and all kinds of other fabrication and motorizations. fabrication is not included with metros 6000 fee. mt2 is a great school just have to be attentive and really love what u doing. all the instructors are cool as hell.
