Car Audio Mergers....who owns who?

I have recently had a few customers come into our store...claiming...so and so owns "company A" and so and so owns "company B" etc....

Does anyone have any location or resource that offers companies holdings and ownerships and or partnerships....

XM and Sirius merger.....

Fujitsu Ten working very closely with Toyota....if not owned by Toyota...or vice versa.....

MTX and JENSEN?

ROCKFORD And Harmon Kardon.... These are examples Im not even completely sure of anyway...just examples.

Any more its hard to say unless there is an industry leak or insider information.... so yeah....post as many companies you can verify ownership or a place to go to look at it....its very interesting It would be fun to see the straight dope about all this...I know it does change quite frequently but...we stay abreast to change.... very much like the computer industry....our industry changes very often....

AFAIK Fujitsu Ten and Toyota are owned by the same peoples..

I haven't heard any new news on the XM/Sirius merger...wonder what's going on with that.
