unless you speared him with the bar, I doubt you were able to swing it hard at all without taking yourself down in the follow through.

this.. do you understand how slow you would have swung it? hell even pro ball players would swing it slow.. especially how long it is.. even the smaller bars are like 32lbs.. if you hit him anywhere in the head other than a tap he would be dead or severely injured
