soooooo i never sleep and i got class in acouple hours....and i hear someone outside my window talking and trying to break into my car....so i grabbed my bench press bar and ran outside and it was 4 dudes vs me....i cracked one of them in the head and the other 3 jumped in there car and left while all this going on my neighbor across hall in my apartment runs out and jumps in his truck and chases the other **** down to where they live and told me so me and my homeboys made a nice visit and scared them sheeeeet lesss now go ahead and get your shit talking in just venting

So you say you swung a 45lb bar and a person was not able to avoid that? Are you in trouble for murder? Because a 45lb bar swung hard enough that you cant avoid it, is most likely instant death.

this.. do you understand how slow you would have swung it? hell even pro ball players would swing it slow.. especially how long it is.. even the smaller bars are like 32lbs.. if you hit him anywhere in the head other than a tap he would be dead or severely injured
