Car Accident Broke Subs

i'm pretty sure they have to replace/repair anything that you've lost in the collision, but you might want to contact a lawyer just in case. sometimes you have to file a lawsuit in order to get the other insurance company to come thru.

Alot will depend on the insurance companies involved. I am guessing her insurance will cover the damage to the actual car and your homeowner/rental insurance would have to cover the subs.

Subs and upgrades are not covered by car insurance unless they were previously noted to the insurance company to be covered specifically and the monthly premium for the additional coverage was adjusted. If you didn't tell the insurance company about your subs and you were not paying extra to have them covered they won't be paid for. The insurance company of the girl who hit you will probably try to weezle it's way out of paying for the damage to your subs as they are not part of the vehicle. You may have to fight them on that one which may be more money and time than it's worth.
