Cant fit my **** wire ring on my 4 gauge wire

Just push it in, you'll loosen it up eventually.

it does get loose, but when I pull it back out to check things it gets tight again

Im not a dumbass it says 4 gauge 22.44mm2(little 2) wire right on the wire

and I have an 8 gauge fuse holder and a 4 gauge, the 4 is bigger

yeah i use a bench vice, clamp it as TIGHT as i can, then take a hammer and punch and put a nice dimple right in the middle to make it even tighter and so the wire has no chance of pulling out unless it breaks. never had one fail on me yet.
