I have an RF Punch Power 250.2, from 98 when they did the chroming, that I have been running at 4 ohm mono bridged for the last few years.

I pulled out the birth sheet tonight and it has it listed at 678@ 4 ohm mono bridged and total power as 965@2 ohm mono bridged but the manual says minimum 4 ohm bridged. Can this amp do a bridged 2 ohm mono load safely?

If not I may sell it and get a something that will do 900+@2.

Thanks.

my profile amp can run down to 2ohm but it wont do it bridged safely. but yeah its better to be safe then sorry. ive got a cadence z1500 that runs 1500 at 2 ohm if your interested. idk how much power your looking for tho.

Eh, screw it. Like said, better safe than sorry and for how much I like the amp, I'll keep it around til it 'splodes.

But I found the original box/manual for it tonight while cleaning out the attic. Always find cool sh!t up there.
