Can the Mach 5 Maw 12s

can the mach 5 maw 12s...which are dual 4 ohm be wired down to 2ohm load using autotek MM1400.1 (its ??

these are the specs for 1400.1

650-Watts RMS x 1 @ 4ohm

1000-Watts RMS x 1 @2

1400-Watts RMS x 1 @1

I have been only able to find two wiring diagrams. either @ 1ohm or @ 4 ohm. (i've been told not to run it at 1ohm..cause the amp wont be stable at 1ohm)

So i wanna run it at 2 ohm..which should be give my 12s plenty of power.

can someone help me out plsss?

btw...I have not bought the amp yet. So if I cant wire them @ 2 ohm. Which amp would u guys recommend?

nope. I have an alpine amp that puts down 900w @ 4 ohms bridged... it would put those maws to work... I would hate to get rid of it, but car repairs blow.

Yea you need an amp that will put out 700wrms at either 1 or 4 ohms.
