I can't find the answer in the manual. I'm trying to run my 9811 directly to my door speakers (it was originally running through an amp using the RCAs). I am getting no voltage and no sound from the HU's speaker wires. I checked volume, balance, fade, and x-over. Is there something I missed? Is the internal amp turned off so that the RCAs work, but the speaker outs do not work?
Not sure about the 9811 but I have a 9847 and there is a setting called power IC it is under the f/setup button - press and hold it for 2 seconds. It turns on/off the built in amp.
