Can someone walk me through the steps of designing a vented box?

I would LIKE the box to be 17h x 15d x 22w (inches)

Although there is space at the bottom behind where it will be, but not at the top (the seats are angled, so the space I'm talking about is a triangle, IDK if that can be utilized... its about 6'' base / 17'' height)

is it possible to make a ported box tuned to 30hz within these dimensions?

the box is for my 12'' lvl 4 DC

If its not possible...I can extend the width to make it possible...but I'd like the other measurements to remain constant.

I tried going through the tutorial and using the win program but IDK what to put for the vent dimensions
