No,unless I am reading what you wrote wrong...

from back battery to fused distro block and from fused distro block to the amps...Like it shows, I know pic sux but follow the red line...

batt 1 to batt 2

batt 2 to distro

distro to amp1&2

edit, sorry I apparently read what you wrote incorrectly, yes, from batt 2 you would go to fuse block and then to amps...

oh is there a down fall if i just run the power wire to the back and ground both battery with 1/0 g to the frame?

none at all, it will save you about 80.00 in wire if you ground batt 1 to chassis in the engine bay and then ground batt 2 to chassis in the trunk independently...
