Can someone identify this subwoofer?

I got this subwoofer today, but dont know what brand it is. The only thing it had on it was a sticker that said 1500rms, and some numbers/letters on the subwoofer, not sure if it's a date and maker or what. It looks like the middle round piece was replaced, from the first glazed I thought it was a sundown.

it does say 08/11 but the last three letters im not sure, PS something, I or a T.

It's a 15'' btw.

Like I said, I dont know what it is, so that means I dont know if its a 2ohm or a 4ohm.Or it's rated power. I really dont want to go by what the sticker said of 1500rms.

Lol, you know im not car audio savvy. So we got an older DC basket with PSI recone and a atomic motor? Is the conclusion good or bad?

Because this subwoofer wasn't exactly free.

All I know is it weighs a f'in ton, like around 80lbs(guessing).

Edit: When I look though the little holes I see brass rings stacked, there about 3-4inch's in width.
