The box looks pretty nice and well made and the amp is either the 250 or the 500 at 2 ohms and they are very good amps. The package would be worth around $500 new. Take it, good deal. Other posts did not know what they were talking about.

I hit a 145.6 in a lincoln towncar trunk with 2 of those memphis subs (15's though) and a old school rockford fosgate 500 watt amp. Also in a sealed box!

I have the manual for the 250 and you can wire it that way and it does not bridge the amp or you can just use the left or right set of terminals since they are in parrallel. Depending on the tuning of the box it looks pretty nice. The 250 is around $200 new on a few sites and the 500 is around $325. I would pay around $300 for that setup if it fit what I needed.
