Running a 3ohm woofer he is going to be getting about half the RMS of the w7...

Currently I own two 12inch m-class Memphis subs 500rms each that's what this amp was running in my old car.

It's a 370Z //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif so what about useing the memphis 12's in a sealed enclosure? If you think I could buy better I like the Sundown and DD option never owned 10's before

You could do a pair of SA-8's ported roughly 1cu ft each. They get low, loud, & can handle double what they're rated (if you're careful).

It'll save you some space in your small car. SA-8's are some bad little woofers....
