you will be fine. set for the full 1200 but just dont play full tilt for long periods

**** it... I crank my shit full tilt for hours on end (100% serious)... you gotta pay if you wanna play! Blow enough shit up and you will eventually get pissed and buy something that can handle anything you can throw at it.

I went to Knoxville recently, which is about a 2 hour drive. DD Z1 set at about 3500~ watts, BTL 18"... Got warm, smelled good for a while but no smoke so no worries ;-) blow it, recone it and do it again...

My buddy is running a Power Acoustik 15" MOFO with a 2.5: coil on a Planet Audio BB1400.1 with the gains at 1200. Same thing, got a little stinky after a while. Well, we actually blew it by accidentally playing a 20hz tone at full tilt but, up until that he was fine... It was under warranty, sent it back , got new one and then he blew his amp a couple days ago! LOL

The 2500 series is no slouch...if done right 1500 isn't out of the question.....just don't be a ******* and you'll be fine!
