Can my car handle this?

Hey,

I have a stock 1998 mitsubishi eclipse gs with infinity stereo. I updated the headunit. I just got two 10" subs and a 1200wrms amp. I'm still waiting to get these installed. Will I need a new/another battery or anything, or will I be ok?

I'd like to spend as little extra money as possible.
