Can I use the auxilary battery that's in the trunk to power one 10in sub?

Just curious if I can use the factory auxiliary battery that's in the trunk (for OnStar I think) to power one 10in sub or if that's a no-no? I figured it's already there and being charged by the alternator/battery upfront and would make running power and ground a cinch.

2016 Malibu, Factory Head Unit, Aftermarket 6.5's in the doors, and soon to be aftermarket 10in Sub.

Pretty sure it’s for the auto stop/start feature. Powers accessories while the car is off. I wouldn’t mess with it myself. Pretty sure they are really small 150ca wet lead acids.
