i just purchased an L7s15 4ohm baric, im just wondering, if using a lanzar heritage 2400w 2ch amp, i hooked the baric using 2ohm wiring config, but the amp is 4ohm bridgeable, i just wanna ask you if it wont to any harm on both my amp and my sub.

P.S. my amp is 2ohm stable at stereo mode...

i need a help

2x600W RMS at 4 OHMS 2x1200W Max at 4 OHMS

1x2400W Max at 4 OHMS Bridged 2x1000W RMS at 2 OHMS

Bridgeable at 4 Ohms

2 Ohm Stereo Stable

i'm not satisfied with the woof at 4ohms..

i tried the two 2ohms and it works perfectly but some told me not to do so cuz i'll take the risk to harm my amp or my sub.

i've emailed kicker and lanzar, but no reply yet..

My L7 is a dual 4ohm

at 4ohms,my sub woof just like a 500w sub..i was hoping to shake my suv with that kind of sub&ampli

the last thing is,can i put that on a 2ohm stable stereo w/o damaging my amp?

where will i wire these?on the left or right channel?

thanx

i dont know much about lanzars but any ways. if you bridge your amp to 2 ohms instead of 4ohms there could be damage to the mosfets or power supply. some amps can handle lower impedance then specified loads but with extra cooling and or mosfets modifications for both the power supply and push pull configuration mosfets.

hopefully some one that have ran this amps on a higher load daily will shine some light on this topyc.
