No, it cant.

Might work for a song or so, but I would never try it. My BX1605Ds got so hot you could cook an egg on them @ 1 ohm.

Are the bx1605d's stable at 1ohm? I don't seem to have a problem at 1ohm with the 1606

well i never ran a 2006d at half. but i met a guy that did for years with no problems. for burps they can do it no problem. but depending on reactive load they might or might not for daily.

im pretty sure you can, just make sure to have a beefy electrical. I run my 2607d at 1 ohm, two batteries, stock alt, and it doesnt even get warm
