Can Any one help!

I have a Punch HE2 15" sub that's 500 watts RMS, 1000 watts peak and it a DVC 4 ohms

I have a Mon Power Alpine Amp, Thats can be 1.100 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms or can be 650 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms or 800 watts RMS x 1 at 1 ohms.

What's the best way to hook this amp up to this "1" DVC 4 Ohms sub....the way i have it hooked up now, when i turn up the volume to high it cause the head unit and amp to turn off....yes it turns back on but it will keep turn off if i don't lower the volume......

can anyone help

You have power issues. What is the car and what is the wiring?
This.

That amp should not be bringing your electrical to its knees. Something isn't right. List off your wiring, the gauge, how it's connected, how and where it's grounded, etc.

And you'll want to wire it to 8 ohms. You can only wire a DVC 4 ohm sub to 2 or 8 and I'm thinking 2 ohms will cook that sub.

I've got two older HE2s myself - but 12s. They're pretty nice.
