Can 2ohm speakers + 4ohm sub use the same amp?

Before I buy a sub, I was wondering how this works. Do I need to have everything the same impedance or not? The amp in question is a soundstream pn5.640d Picasso nano 5 channel

Nope, but on the sub channel you would be better off @ 2 ohms as thats where it makes more power

Answer is No, you do not need to be at the same impedance

Just make sure the total load of each channel is above its minimum rating. If your amp is rated for 2 ohms per channel, you'll be fine running a 2Ω load for the subs and a 4Ω load on another channel running the other frequencies.

Oh, I see your original question put it the other way, yeah that's fine too, as long as your amp is rated for it.
