So when I installed both of my amps only one will power up . If I disconnect that one the other one turns on . Shared remote wire from head unit . Separate ground wires . And power wire from battery to distribution block . Any ideas why only one powers up ?

This is news. Did you try metering the voltage? It should be 5 volts. If lower than 5v, try metering it at the splice of harness to wire run.

So I ended up running a separate remote wire from an ignition source and that seemed to fix the issue . Weird tho because I have ran several amps in the past from one remote wire .
