I can’t count how many guys I seen meter and they guess they will be 155+ and they end up 148-152.... my guess is paper maker is a 151-152

thats true, and some people get lucky with their orientation and ive seen a 153 on 2 15's on like 4k but that was some weird **** with the rear suv door open. the box was not ideal yet it did a 153

i expected to be between a 145-150 and i was, so i was happy to confirm it lol

I wouldnt celebrate a 150 wall. Wall life begins at 155 imo

150 is a low bar these days with how cheap power is and how much motor force alot of these subs have.

My first, and only wall, did 150 many years ago clamping about 2k. Just a daily wall. 4 obsidian 15s peaking at 36hz. And that was pretty much a fail back then.

With the caveat that if the goal is musical or flat and wide bandwidth that can be fine, but let's not forget OP has been bragging about how easy 160 is. If some bloke came along and posted up a build log, metered 150 and was happy with it for music I wouldn't rag on him at all. As they say on the SMD forum, "you don't need to lie to kick it".

OP has been boasting how easy 160 is and is only doubling down now about how loud his build is. He has set the bar for himself.

I think he was breaking windshields at only 150-151. That was a very fun build to watch.... On a side note I bought one of those SAZ3000Ds from him on eBay. Those were really great amps at the time and basically what made Sundown a name.

I want to hear what a real system sounds like. I've only heard an SA12 on 800 watts and an SSA XCON on 1600 watts. I want to hear what I see on YouTube or what some of you guys have. I want to hear something so loud that I want to tap.

You need to look for local shows on facebook or otherwise. You'll definitely find something if you go to a good show. Some of us don't really tap anymore unless it's over 160 on some higher notes. I start to feel my heart pissed off sometimes though lol but dont drink coffee beforehand or anything that's a stimulant

arez white god of the gym pre workout has **** thats like legal speed(dmha) along with about 6 cups of coffee's worth of caffeine. Bass never sounds soo fking good.
