ZRS-C8 Class AB Competition 5-Channel Amp - ZRS SERIES - Cadence Acoustics, LTD

Will it really do 400x2 + 600x1? I know certain amps can do more then they are fused for, but its got 2x40amp fuses, and is rated at 13.8v. So if it were even 100% efficient, thats 1100w, not 1400.

Im interested in it, but for running 100w x2 @ 4ohm to my comps, and 550-600 @ 2ohm to a sub. So if it could at least do that, it would be fine. I just saw how high it was rated for, and wasnt sure if it would actually put out everything it says it can.
