hi guys...i need to know what i will need to wire my two amps

a RF Punch 300s for mids rated @ 30 Amps

a JBL 1200.1 for bass rated @ 120 Amps

what size of cables do i need...also fuse sizes

i would fuse it by the battery...then again at the dist block

what stuff do i need ?

thanks alot

hey thanks

but why a circuit breaker and not an ANL fuse ?

will anything happen if use 0 gauge then split it to 4 & 8 ?...besides a bigger hole in my wallet ? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

your going to use a distribution block right??? i recomend a circuit breaker because if u blow the fuses....its cheaper over time....know what i mean?

ohhh ok thanks man

another thing...how to do i wire the speakers to the JBL ?

i kinda confused with the terminals

i wanna use one IDMAX 4 ohm DVC 12

i will run it at 2 ohms

how to do this ?

first off the jbl will have 2 outputs...only use one...that can be a bit confusing....

for a 2ohm load wire as follows

thanks again

what if i were using a pair of dual 2 ohm subs and wantedthe amp to see 2 ohms how will i connect it ?

also...why are the controls on the jbl amps so screwed up ?

having 2 outputs is suppost to make it easier to wire 2 subs........but for 2 dvc 2ohm subs wire as follows for a 2ohm load

Oem cables are readily available for most vehicles. Check rockauto. Anything less will be a future headache.
