Buying System from a Friend; how much it worth?

One of the kids who I know who used to go to my high school just IM'd me and said that he might be selling his system. Now I know that he took good care of it and didn't blast it all the time and all that stuff, so it's probably in good condition. I don't know exactly what he has in it right now, but I know he has 2 JL12w3v2's...how much should I look to pay for 2 of those in a box from him?

Also what is a good amp to push these...600 Watts RMS
