Don't even bother with this, you're making it far too complicated than it needs to be.

Upgrade your speakers to ones that are designed for either outboard Xovers or active setup.

no these are single tweeters that i want to take the midbass frequencies out. i alreaty have them and might as well use them and im going 2

then just buy the appropriate caps. C# and wire the cap in line with the tweet.
