Build Tips

That's actually pretty genius, I may have to give that a try. How much do buss bars normally run? I'd likely go through NRG.
I made mine with 1/4"x1" aluminum stock from home depot. They were like $15 a stick or something. They work perfect for me. I know buying some pre made ones get pretty costly

NRG makes nice stuff and he is pretty reasonable compared to some of the others out there and his customer service is excellent and he is very fast at making and shipping it to you ! I bought all my hardware from him and have very happy with everything ! I think the busbars for 4 battery's are around 175 ish but I think is because he used really thick aluminum stock and gives you all the hardware too. Plus the shipping on them is expensive and it's included .You will be happy with his stuff

I'm here thanks chasinbass! OP If you need any hardware lnk
I actually emailed you a week or so ago, but I forgot to reply! I am certainly getting a set of battery terminals from you soon-ish. You also came highly recommended by a friend here locally.

This is a good idea. I will certainly check this out.

As for chaseinbass, your truck is older than mine... How did the headliner old up when you took it out? I'm really wanting to slap some deadener on it, but I'm afraid it'll fall apart on me when I take it out.

My headliner came out really easy and no damage. Just gotta take all the trim out all the way around and in mine to do so rear seats had to come out if you dont already have them out so I could take the rear quarter panel trim out. Its not hard just take your time and be careful not to brake any of the clips on the trim pieces. I have always worked on or around cars so it was easy for me. Try not to bend the headliner cuz if you crease it it will always show. If you cant get something apart google it and you should be able to find a diagram or youtube vid on it. Or you can hit me up. What year is your truck ?
