This site has no function for moderator's approving a thread/post prior to it being posted. The site owner has implemented software that disallows new members to post pics/links until an arbitrary post count is reached (10 iirc). Unfortunately, that software appears to be somewhat buggy and sometimes does not allow a new member to post a thread/post with links or pics until well after a 10 post count has been reached (the most Ive seen is approx 80 posts). Clearly that bug has affected your ability to post said thread. I apologize for the inconvenience, and have no choice but to suggest you get your post count higher before trying again.

mods dont have access to approve them. its a spam restriction. I'd say create a new thread with no pics then edit the post after its created to add the pics. should let you post it then.
