I know every one including me hates these threads so flame away after you give an opinion.

Helping a friend on his new build. He already has a big nice one so now we are going cheap. Dodge colt. Interior is gutted and has been dynamated. Budget $1500 max. If you were to build it as loud on the meter as you could get and as cheap as you could get what would you do?

 
as much as I hate to say it type r's aren't bad for SPL on a budget.
For some decent power for cheapz...crunch pro's are nice on the wallett...
I agree. I told him for amps I would look into the crunch gp 3000 or a pair of them anyway.
