Build help. LOC choice or?

Hey all, been out of the game for a long time so I'm not too savvy when it comes to car audio. Recently got bored and decided to upgrade the sound in my Fusion and ordered a bunch of parts on a whim.

System is as follows: Polk components in the front doors, Polk coax in the rear going to be powered by a Soundstream PN4.520 and a Soundqubed HDS12 powered by an Audiopipe 1500w in a 2.6cf box tuned to 35hz.

My dilemma is upgrading the stock Ford mytouch screen is not really an option. So I purchased an Audiocontrol LC2i. Problem is I am trying to figure out my options on how to wire this up. It seems since I want to power all four doors with my four channel amp that I should have purchased an LC7i or something similar that has 4 channel and sub output. However, I never have anyone riding in the back so I don't particularly care about front and rear fading ability.

So from what I can tell I have a few different options:

1. Split the main signal coming from the LC2i going into my 4-channel using 2 rca splitters.

2. Buy another cheap LOC to use for the rear signal and keep the LC2i for the fronts and sub.

3. Use the speaker level inputs on the amp and just keep the LC2i for the sub signal.

4. Return the LC2i and spend the extra cash to get an LC7i.

Really appreciate any insight, like I said I have no idea what I'm doing.

If I buy a decent EQ, the price of that plus the LC2i is about the same as an LC7i. I guess its better to have the EQ though for the extra control?

You are not going to find prefection with our cars with just a LOC. The stock HU has volume dependent EQ curves.

Settle for mediocre or do like most of us do, get a DSP and use its remote to control volume. That's prefection, the stock HU is pretty much taken out of the picture. All it does is send the full range signal.

Not necessarily looking for perfection. Just wanted to get some cleaner sound without killing my wallet. Can already tell this is going to turn into an expensive hobby though. I definitely won't be spending upwards of $500+ for a DSP at the moment, but possibly down the road.
