Build help 2002 Grand Cherokee

Looking to spend as little as possible by buying used products, where appropriate.

2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland H.O. My goals are to have a decent sound stage to stand up to my woofer, powerful but not overwhelming. NO RATTLES! (I need help on how much $$ to dish out on deadening).

I have:

TC-2000 15" 4ohm -Currently in a Home theater box on my floor @ 4cu sealed.

MMATS D300 - 700watt at 4ohm at 13.8v

Need:

Alpine iDA-X305S - $265 ebay

I need suggestions on speakers and 4 channel amps. Budget $325 or so

I was thinking:

Used JL 300/4, PG RSD comps 6.5 for the front, and Alpine Type-S coax for rear.

Or should I skip the coax and just double power to RSD's and save money on install and deadining ect?

Also need a ported box made up for my TC-2000 @ around 3 cu. Open to suggestions. Budget 200-225.

Should be noted I will not install this myself, I will pay to have that done. Budget $500.
