Build for BassnVW

I'll hand it to oyu man, your work is clean as hell, and looks very well designed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

Shall see how well your design works for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif!

How do you cut the wood, very clean cuts to be done by circular saw, guessing table saw and router? Since from PM's I assume you don't have access to a CNC mill. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

Well, come Wed. I shall take pictures and post how my experience is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. First time using this full sized one (97 x 49), I've used the smaller ones before, but never the big beast //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif.

Haha well yeah, I think CA.com has seen enough pics of people gluing MDF together.. I'll post a pic of the finished box though, and get pics of the CNC //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif.

JBL, can you recommend any budget routers?
I was thinking about just getting a $60 dollar one from Sears. The only con is that it's a fixed base, I think.
Mine was 99 at HD not to long ago, i really like it for the price, Its a ryobi plunge.
