well the build is for two RD Audio HW 15s, and will be powered by my Atomic 5000.1 amplifier. the box is around 7.7 cu ft after displacements and is tuned to around 39-40 hz. The subs will be here wednesday so thats when they will go into the box. The double baffle is done, glued and screwed together to get it tight...just not mounted yet.

More to come wednesday!!!

Not with these subs. Tuning in the 37-39 hz range would be perfect for daily.

I have my Alphas tuned at 34 hz and I wish I would have gone with a 36 hz tune or so. They hit everything in the 25-33 hz range like no other sub I have owned. They still hit the 40-50 hz range really well and louder than any other sub I've had, but they are not flat sounding.

The lower frequencies are more dominant.

tune it lower around 26 and youll have a flatter response.

also, you wont be able to hear the difference between 34 hz and 36.

Just like he said, he always tuned his enclosures beetwen 36-40hz. Plus in my experience RD's are better in enclosures tuned within that range, They don't hit the lows as another subs like Avas, XXXs, 4hps or destroyers but they are loud as the MT's and DD's.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Looking good man! if you got good numbers, I'll be building an enclosure like yours. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I call dibs once you finish with them haha
