4 Gauge power and ground to the amp, 8 gauge to the speakers and subs. Ok...obviously, i have no rear fill as of right now. I'm considering either going with the rear fill speakers from CDT $45 right now, or buying a 4 channel amp AND the rear fill and amping them, or just buying a 2 channel amp and amping the components i already have, or buy a 2 channel amp and amp the components, then run the rear fill off the HU.
If i plan to buy an amp, how much power should i get? I'm thinking if i get 80w RMSx2 that should be fine? I would be getting htis INSTEAD of rear fill. Thanks. Oh yea...I was thinking about the rear fill situation. I realize that many of the cars people drive on here have the rears mounted either reflecting off the rear windsheild, or in the rear doors on the sides. In the 3000gt, the rear 6x9 are mounted kinda facing the front. THis is why i wonder if they are much more important. Thanks
