1996 Mustang convertible With a $350 budjet

I want to put a new SUB and radio in my Mustang, i have a budjet of about $350, what kind of system should i install? (I know absolutely nothing about sound systems, that`s why i`m coming here). Does a radio SONY CDXCA710X plus a SUB KOSS MSP 8200 would sound good?

Anyone has instaled a sound system in a convertible mustang witht this budjet?

Check out an infinty basslink, my friend has it in his 2002 Convertible Mustang GT, it sounds pretty good....
