Pioneer TS-W3002D2|4 ! those are the best subs for the price range. $120-$130, cant go wrong. 1000 RMS, paired with a Hifonics BRZ1200, best combination.

No bueno. Not for the price, anyways. For that price I'd be looking at used SA-12's

I really want to get the sub you texted me about, but I'm worried about it being a d2. It would be paired with an MRP-M500, which is only 2 ohm stable. Plus the guy that's getting it is an 18 yr old audio noob that likes bassy music.... So, I think I have no choice but to have to go with a d4/s2.

Bump for d4 or single 2 ohm ideas, or the best of the ones in the first post.

i got the older d con s4 in my truck right now. running on 500 rms claimed by sony at 4 oms off a xm-gtr9001d caple of 900 at 2ohm. if any thing you could run the s4 at 4 ohm off the mrp-m500. or the d4 at 2 ohm with the gain's down bass boost down etc... down.. here is a link to d con's tell me what you think of them. i think they are $125 shipped some time around x mass they got sale for one 12 for a hundred.at this same place they also sold a few for 40 here and there so keep it in mind to check the box for e mail sales flyers if you by one. that or what about fi audio ???

if you did not like the d-con idea there is always two of these. i had a t400 and it out put a little less then the d con did but for sure a quality sub the t 400 the t200 is 35 buck at this link.
