Bridged Amp, Now there is an engine whine

I bridged my 4 channel Infinity Amp So I could send more power to my comps, but now there is an engine whine when the car is running. Its not a constant noise, and it comes and goes. My head unit is a Pioneer but I already grounded the RCAs so i don't think that would be it. Anyone know what else would cause it?
