Box size and its effect question

I am curious as to how box size effects the output of a given sub,....say you take a 10" sub that is in a 1.0cubic ft box tuned to 35hz as recommended by the sub designer and place that same 10" sub in a 1.5cubic ft enclosure tuned to 35hz or even a 2.0cubic ft enclosure tuned to 35hz. What will be the differences in output?

depends also on power input

if that sub is say 250rms and the box size is recomended at 1cube, and you put it in 2 cu on 500rms, that sub is very likely gonna blow...conversely if you put it in .5 with 100rms, the out put will be almost non existant
