Box Lining Question

i saw one guy get really creative doing 45s, he would tilt the box a certain way and poor a ***** load of resin in the crack and basically his 45s inside his box were all resin lol, kind of a waste of money but i thought it was pretty cool

ive just used resin on the inside of alot of my boxes, it drys smooth and hard. Only down fall to doing resin on the inside of the box is you smell it FOREVER inside your vehicle lol
I have just finished a fibreglass box, and yeah it smells! But I have built a sealed box, and I'm wondering if you know weather any fumes left in the box could affect the sub?

they do make pourable concretes, and sound deadening concretes. if you really wanted to try something and not spend that much. I would put down a hush mat, staple mesh to that and then pour in leveler. do a side at a time and it would be solid. Durock would crumble inside a speaker box. A 2 part flexible mortar would be your best bet.
