box frequency check .

Lol. Yes its just the one 15in not two. I believe you when you say it wont hang but ill take my chances because the sub is pretty decent. Ive been giving it some stick previously on a hifonics and its been taking it although I know that's not the best amp.

What box design have you come up with ?

Yes its just the 1 sub //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif what have you come up with based on my dimensions.

Subs?... as in plural?.. be very specific please... if you're putting them on a IA 20.1 at 1 ohm, I'll have to account for the power for sure... I don't think those subs will hang BTW...I already modeled ONE... LOL!.. now you say two?.. I'll look but I thought you said a 15 in the first post...

Sorry yes I meant 28-33 hz . I just want to use this one at present due to funds until I can get a better one but its ok for now.

28 to 333 hz?.. LOL!... that's setting the bar pretty low... you must mean 28-33 hz... correct?.. that's not a great sub... are you in a location that does not have better options?

is it a pp or nv? i'd do 33-35hz but i like like rock too so try to go louder and middle of the road deep (not that my small box can really play deep)

I have both design cars. I like Low rumble bass. nice and deep.

The old 20.1s were not crazy strong at 1ohm nominal and 12v. They started doing big #s on higher voltage and wired down.. but will probably still provide 1k after rise from 1

dunno what you guys are smoking... with 94.8db @1w/1m sensitivity, a 20.1 will be fine for that sub wired at 2ohm. duhh, match gain voltage to what the sub needs (34.64v) and enjoy lots of clean overhead without even remotely coming near the point of being over-driven, especially after rise,... you dont need to max out the gain prior clipping all the time unless you're a number chaser getting the most power you can or attention ***** just wanting to be the loudest you can be....

ohh wait,... i forgot what forum i was on, lol

*Scratches head*....guessing power? These out of country people are funny sometimes. Boot, stick, etc.

I just did not like how it was modeling at first... however I finally did come up with this eventually... you said low tuning correct?.. This might be pretty close...

the port is the same configuration as in the picture below...

That's all I got... so if you go by this... good luck and let us know how it does...
