wel when i had mine, i had it in a sealed box that was 2.7 cubes- this is a little on the big side, but i cannot explain to you how low it went in such a big box- its now in a 1.7cuft box in a friends car and it kicks ***- but some of the low seemed to get lost in taking away some volume....i apologize but i know nothing about the recommendations of a ported enclosure- but if ur not stuck on porting it- i do highly recommend sealed cuz it sounds great- tight, clean, and low

Mine is in a 2.6^3ft box.. which Josh Laine recommended. It really does hit low, and is still accurate otherwise as well.

I had mine in a 2.7 cu ft sealed. Twas nasty, nice flat response, very good. Keen!
