Box for a single 10" Type-R

OK I did a search and I found some stuff that kinda answered my Q but

I'm still going to ask. What is a good box design (both sealed & ported) for

this sub and what would be preferred? If ported, what would the freq. be?

Also how large of a box? Does one of the drawings work for this setup?

I really need to use as LITTLE trunk space (no more than 25" W x 15" H x 13" D).

Its not much to work with (not 100% sure if thats how wide I can go either)

but I got a small Hyundai Tiburon and need most the trunk space so...

Also bout building a (ported) box - the drawings show like walls. Are those built

into the box itself? (like a maze lookin stuff) or what? I'm a SUPER NEWB to this...

So basically its the main area for sub + all those 'walls' inside the box +

that last slot bout 1.75" X 11.375" is the slot? I'm just not used to reading plans.

Thats what I'm getting from what I'm seeing in your post. (so the plan is from top lookin down into box - then just seal w/ sides/top/etc)

If in doubt I'll probably have my friend who is working on all of my audio stuff

help me. But I figured since my parents are so good w/ wood working if I could

present easy-to-ready plans as far as what I need. If I could do it than it'd be

great (Eg just have Dean [my GF's sister's BF] wire it all in). If not I'm sure

he'd be willing to help me build one (he's built his own sealed + ported boxes)
