box for 12" CVR's

Ok after changin my mind about what subs im gonna go with ive finally made up my mind. Im gonna go with 2 12" Kicker CVR's. The box is gonna go behind the bench seat of my regular cab f150. Here is a drawing of the demensions.

I have no clue how to calculate the sq ft. Im guessing its gonna be about 1.5-2.0 ft^3. My question is do you guys think that I should leave the box sealed or port it?? If I should port it what diameter and length should the ports be?? Location?? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Its roughly 3.3 cubic feet with 3/4" wood.

Volume = Length x Width x Height / 1728

That'll give volume in cubic feet if the other measurements are in inches.

The measurements should be internal dimensions.

I think the 3.3 calculation is pretty close, so you'll have to go sealed.

I'd shoot for about 1 ft^3 each for CVR's.
