I currently have an Alpine mrp-m850 pushing 800 watts rms at 2 ohms. I was thinking about putting a single type r in the back of my 98 Plymouth neon. Can anybody help me with box design? what would be an ideal size for a ported box. I dont have that much room to work with but im sure i could fit one 12 with a nice size ported box for it. Do you guys think that would sound better than 2 10" type rs on the same amp in a smaller ported box. PM me if u want. Thanks, Chris.
