So this is going to be the box i am going to be building. Now the things is i am not sure whats a good thickness for the lexan window. The window is probably going to be 12x24and I was thinking 1/2" or even 3/4". Also this is going to be for 2 FI 15" bl on an AQ 2200.

3/4" would be my suggestion.
Do you have a plan on how you are going to mount it? There are several ways to go about it and most all of them work really well over all.

So 3/4 it is then. I am not sure yet how i want to mount it. I was thinking of a cutout of the same size as the glass and securing it in there with a border, but i am still looking at different builds to help give me ideas. I just wanted to see whats ideal that way i could figure out how to mount it up.
